Re: Public Works building
I spoke with Bob Goe6e1 about the proposed new Public Wo ksrb'ui[ding on Wednesday. He
indicated that the cost ofthe building could be r by 312,000 because he was able to
convince parties involved that utility taps were not needed For water and sewer. The cost would
be around $1,400 instead of ~ 12,000. If this project was re-submitted to Council with the new,
lower bid and a ordinance on first reading creating a PF 1 Zone District for city/public property
was submitted to Council at the same time I would feet comfortable (ending support to both
items. I would ask that Bob Middaugh address these suggested options at fire August 12th
Council Meeting. Thank you...
