The City has received a request for an administrative amendment
to the Planned Commercial Development final development plan
known as Kipling 5000 Business Park, Filing Nos. 4 and 5.
I have reviewed this request and have concluded that it is
consistent with the parameters established-for administrative
approval, therefore recommend the request be approved.
