Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) requires an approved inspection prior to installation of ANY roof coverings and is require on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Asphalt shingles are required to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. Ice and water shield is required. Eave and rake metal is required. A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections. Roof ventilation is required to comply with applicable codes and/or manufacturer installation instructions, whichever is more stringent. In order to pass a final inspection of elastomeric or similar type roof coverings, a letter of inspection and approval from the manufacturer technical representative stating that "the application of the roof at (project address) has been applied in accordance with the installation instruction for (roof material brand name) roof covering" is required to be on site at the time of final inspection. Should water damage occur to home interior, Integrous reserves the right to asses the situation and make provision as seen fit by Integrous. Integrous is not responsible for mold or mildew. Labor warranty does not cover damage to roofs caused by lightening, gale (50 MPH+), hurricane, tornado, hailstorm, impact of foreign objects, or other violent storm or casualty, or damage to roof due to settlement, distortion, failure or cracking of the roof deck, walls or foundations. Material warranty is provisioned solely by manufacturer. All material guaranteed to be provided as specified and all work shall completed in a professional manner. Integrous is not liable for damage to concrete or driveways. The property owner is to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. For insurance projects, Integrous reserves the right to file for supplemental insurance claims at no additional cost to the client. All payments from insurance company due within 15 business days of receipt of payment. Final payment is due upon completion of non -insurance related projects. If full amount due is not paid within 30 days of completion, a finance charge of 1.75% per month will be charged on account balances not paid in full.
