DL Engineering Inc. is not responsible for the design of this structure and only observed the as -built framing. Below is a summary of the observations made: • Sheathing — I observed the installation of the exterior sheathing for this project. The 7/16" OSB sheathing was attached to the wall framing. • Roof Sheathing — I observed the installation of the roof sheathing, 7/16" OSB, for this project before the roofing was installed. • Hold Downs and Straps — Concrete hold downs (HTT4) were nailed to the framing on the north side of the structure at the portal frames. Tension straps were installed on the interior side of the framing at the portal frame openings. • Hurricane Ties — Each rafter had a H2.5T, or similar, hold down attached to it and the top plate. • Anchor Bolts — The anchor bolts were installed and tight.
