This inspection was completed at the request of Roxy Blu, the construction manager for the homeowner. On July 24, 2021, LEVEL Engineering LLC inspected the structure located at 3806 Simms Court in Wheat Ridge, Colorado. This letter reflects our observations. Our inspection was performed based on the attached drawings. The appropriate beam/header sizes, joist sister sizes, column sizes, and connectors were used per the drawings. Where substitutions were made, they either met or exceeded the original design intent. This letter is to certify that LEVEL Engineering LLC, to the best of our knowledge, has concluded that the structural work as shown on the attached drawing was installed as directed and designed in the structural drawings.
