There is no formal address for this parcel but it is located directly to the west of the property addressed as 4251 W. 43 Ave. It is situated south of West 43 Ave and north of Clear Creek. See enclosed aerial photo showing parcel with fence proposed location depicted in black ink. I understand this fence would be located in the 100 year flood plain and as such is subject to certain restrictions. This proposed fence will be a 2 rail, split rail with the bottom rail's placement of no closer then 18" to the ground the total height of the fence will be @ 36 ". Additionally there will be an access gate allowing vehicle access to maintain this parcel and access to a utility substation that is located within this parcel. I further understand the placement of this fence with its proximity to the road needs to be placed at least 10' set back from edge of pavement where it is parallel to the road where no sidewalk exists. Where a sidewalk exists, along the east portion of this run of fence, the fence may be placed along the back edge (interior to this site) of this sidewalk to meet the required set back here. This area has a long history of dumping, vehicles parking and "4- wheeled driving" over this area it is hoped that this fence along with weed control and revegetation efforts will alleviate these abuses and aid in erosion control and help reduce run off and to help assure better water quality down stream.
