The case was processed administratively due to the relatively minor nature of the request. Richard Gash, owner of the property, made the application in order to satisfy conditions of a contract to sell Lot 1. As a requirement for processing the case and recording the mylar, the applicant was required to receive consent from the Arvada Fire Department for vacating the easement. Staff volunteered to obtain the signatures of U.S. West and Public Service Company. There were no other changes to the Onyx Park Subdivision associated with this Plat Amendment. The processing fee for this application was $50.00 for review and recording fees.
