Dear Mr. Brown:
I have completed my initial review of the above-mentioned permit for the property located at 8460
West 46"' Avenue, and I have the following comments:
The subject property is located within the I 00 -year floodplain. Prior to issuance of a building
permit for the construction of a fence in the floodplain, a class I floodplain Permit must be
submitted to and approved by the Flood Plain Administrator. I have included a class I floodplain
exemption perrnit for your review. There is a $300.00 fee for a class I floodplain exemption permit.
Additional information must be submitted which details the construction of the fence. I would
