This Contract is subject to final approval by K&H Roofing & Restoration ("K&H") and, in conjunction with any additional change orders (collectively referred to as the "Contract"), represents the entire agreement and understanding of all parties. There are no verbal representations that have not been set forth in writing on this Contract. and therefore no other terms will be recognized. 2. Any change to the terms of the Contract shall require a written document signed by all parties. 3. In the event Buyer has any indication that the work or material provided in accordance with this Contract may be faulty, Buyer must provide to K&H or its authorized representative written notice containing particulars sufficient to identify the potential problem as soon as practicable, and in any event no later than thirty (30) days from the date of discovery. Any claim by the parties that arises out of or in connection with this Contract shall be barred unless such notice is provided. 15. If K&H seeks to enforce its rights under this Contract (whether in contract, tort, or both) or seeks a declaration of any rights or obligations under this Contract, it shall be entitled to its reasonable attorney fees, and costs and expenses incurred. 16.
