Roof Replacement Contractor Agreement This Agreement is entered into as of this 31st day of July 2017 by and between DARBY ENTERPRISES, INC., (hereinafter called the "Contractor") and Mark Bradley (hereinafter called the "Owner") WITNESSSETH that the Contractor and the Owner, in consideration of the covenants and conditions set forth herein agree as follows: Scope of Work: See ATTACHED EXHIBIT "A" which is incorporated herein by reference. Contractor is not a dealer in roofing materials, and does not warrant materials supplied or installed. The shingle manufacturer, Certainteed, is offering a lifetime warranty on Shingles installed. It is agreed that shingles and tiles vary in color and texture from time to time, and that such variation does not constitute defective work, defective product, or a default under this agreement.
