According to a Soils map prepared by the Colorado Geologic Survey, dated 1973-1974, which is the newest available, the site has Sand or Silt. This corresponds to an SM soil type, which has a lateral bearing pressure of 150 psf/ft of depth according to the 2015 IBC, Table 1806.2.
