I have left the contract value blank as I currently have an estimate of $4000 for the whole project but this includes a fair bit of other surface prep work before even being able to begin excavation (concrete sawing, tree and brush removal, etc.) so I am not sure how you would like me to handle this and what components of my estimate need to be included. I can get a breakdown of some of these other costs if they would not be considered part of the project otherwise the $4000 number is the value. On another note, the mailing address that we use shows Denver as we have had occasional issues with the Wheat Ridge address.
