granting access easements
• Warranty Deed
. Three sets of Construction Drawings
• One Original Survey
• Three Foundation Plans
As we discussed, I have handwritten the correct address for this site (12750 W.
32nd Avenue) on the Letter of Authorization and Recorded Memorandum of PCS
Site Agreement. SBA is in the process of correcting all documentation for this
site to the 32nd Avenue address. However, the corrected memorandum will take
a few weeks to obtain and re-record. As agreed, to help expedite the approval
process, I am submitting the application with handwritten changes.
Please forward the application to the Wheat Ridge Building Department for
review and approval. Please call me, or have the Building Department call me,
at 770-3830, extension 115 if there are any questions or comments or when the
application has been approved. Sprint Spectrum's contractor will pay the
balance of the building permit application fee and will pick up the building permit.
