Demolition requirements are as follows: • Any trash dumpster shall be greater than 20 feet from any structure. • Fire Lanes shall remain clear at all times of construction. For debris or construction vehicles. • All means of egress shall be protected through out the demolition and construction. • All electrical for any part of the fagade shall be deactivated before work. • A fire extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A4013C shall be within 20 feet of all demolition work. • Lock out tags shall be utilized when removing electrical components. 2. The required Knox Boxes shall be attached to structure upon completion of the fagade. NOT'E: ACCESS TO TFE KNOX BOXES SHAI,L BE MAINTAINED DURING CONSTRUCTION.
