If our insurance company approves the claim and authorizes repairs then, I/We hereby assign to Infinity Restoration, any and all proceeds of my/our insurance benefits to secure payment of its services provided under this contract and I direct my insurance company to include Infinity Restoration on any and all drafts, checks, or other instruments issued in payment of my claim for the work they have performed. Furthermore, I authorize my insurance carner/adjuster to forward any estimates or scopes of work directly to my contractor. I/We authorize Infinity Restoration to proceed with all repairs in accordance with all scopes and parameters authorized by the insurance company, as per insurance adjustment, as soon as the insurance company approves the claim. I/We agree that Infinity Restoration complete such repairs or use additional or better materials than authorized by our insurance company and we agree to pay this additional amount as reflected in our written approval of upgrades to the material or labor, if any. The cost of the repairs shall be equal to the amount of the replacement cost value authorized and paid by the insurance company, plus the insurance deductible paid by the Homeowner directly to Infinity, and increased or decreased by any Supplements authorized by the insurance company and/or upgrades or downgrades authorized by the Homeowner (this includes all overhead and profit paid). First payment is due upon delivery of materials and commencement of work. I agree, that any information that is received from the insurance company will be delivered immediately to Infinity Restoration and that any payments received from the insurance company shall be endorsed and delivered to Infinity Restoration, If this contract is cancelled more than three days from the date of this Agreement and a full roof replacement is secured and ready to roof, then I/we agree to pay Infinity Restoration a contract cancellation and administrative fee amount equal to 15% of this contract, Infinity Restoration and its Authorized Representatives are NOT Public Insurance Adjusters, YOU, THE BUYER, MAY CANCEL THIS TRANSACTION AT ANY TIME PRIOR TO MIDNIGHT OF THE THIRD BUSINESS DAY AFTER THE DATE OF THIS TRANSACTION.
