I don't talk on the phone beeause of:a hearing defect. I have found that a letter usually serves me pretty well. In 1999 1 hired a company to build my apartment. Everything was included in their price. They.said-their company took care of it. The company was Handyman Connection. Evidently, from what your notice said, what I believed then is not true today. What do I do now? Do you put me in jail? Do I have to tear the apartment out of the house? Do I simply leave it vacant for the duration of my life. Ever since my husband left me for a younger woman, I've been alone and learning lessons each and every time I have work done on my home. Most painting and other fairly easy jobs 1 do myself. They told me all kinds of things were needed by the inspectors, but I never saw an inspector come here to check on anything. Right in front of my attorney they told me that a new pipe would have to be installed inside the old one. Nothing changed. The company is ARS American Residential Services, LLC.
