Regulations and Building Code of wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applicable ordinances of the C

of the building codes or any other ordinance, law. rule or regulation.

Enclosed herewith is our request for a building permit
for the KipZing Plaza Shopping Centre. Enclosed also,
are Exhibit A and Exhibit B for your reference to the
work we need to do.

As I mentioned to you we have Bingo for a new tenant,
however, we need to move several tenants to make adequate
space for the Bingo.
Kenneth LaPean with Hollywood Bingo has already received
a permit for #10125. As shown in Exhibit A the walls
that need to be removed, and also indicated to install a
new wall.
We hereby submit our plans for your review. In view of
the holidays next week, your prompt attention in this
matter is appreciated. Please feel free to contact Pete
or myself at your earliest convenience.
Per your request, three copies of the exhibits are enclosed.
It has been a pleasure to work with you, and I will took
forward to meeting you in the near future at KipZing Plaza
Shopping Centre.
