I contacted Robert, with Frontrange Electric on 6/24/98 at 9:00 a.m. about making corrections at the Breaker Panel. Robert said he would not go back to the job. I told Helen they should contact another electrical contractor to take out permits and re-do wiring to sprinkler clocks.
