This report details the fieldwork completed and analytical results of samples collected It is our understanding that you are planning renovation activitles at He above referenced address Per He United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) procedures published in Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) The 40 Part 763, Subpart E — Aebeerouones ning Materials in Schools and Colorado Regulation 8 (Regulatlon 8), suspect Asbestos Containing Building Materials (ACBM) must be properly sampled and analyzed prior many renovation or demolition achvitles. The purpose ofthis sampling was to evaluate forthe presence of any ACM in He areas identified The inspection was conducted in accordance with Regulation 8. These inspection protocols specify requirements for He inspector (Semon 763.85), laboratory (Section 763.87), and number of samples collected during an inspection (Section 763.86). 1.0 FMLDACTMTMS The inspection was conducted by a Colorado State Certified Asbestos Building Inspector on June 15, 2020. This inspection involved identificatlon and sampling of suspect ACM at He above referenced property. Bulk samples of suspect ACM were collected by the Inspector in general conformance with Asbestos Hazardous Emergency Response Act (AHERA) protocols a outlined in Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE) Regulation 8f Random samples of suspect materials were collected in each homogeneous area (see Table 1— Homogeneous Materials Table). Samples were placed in sealable containers and labeled with unique sample numbers using an indelible marker. 2.0 LARORATORY ANALYSIS Thirteen (13) samples were collected and submitted under chain of custody procedures to Reservoirs Environmental, me for analysis by polarized light microscopy (PLM) with dispersion staining techniques per EPA methodology (40 PER 763, Subpart F). Visual estimatlons were v N R m 2 ENVIRONNIENT/1L CONSULTING used in obtaining the percentage of asbestos in bulk samples. Reservoirs Environmental, Inc is accredited under the National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) Lab Code: 101869-0. Copies of the original laboratory reports are attached to this summary report. 3.0 FINDINGS Suspect ACM includes nearly all building materials except bare concrete, glass, wood, masonry, metal or rubber. ACM contains asbestos greater Nan 1 percent, (> 1%asbestos) as confirmed by an accredited laboratory. ACM is categorized as Enable or Non -friable asbestos. Friable asbestos ran be crumbled, pulverized, or reduced to a powder by hand pressure when dry. Non - friable asbestosis any material that cmumt be crumbled, pulverized or reduced to a powder by hand pressure when dry. 3.1 Identified Asbestos Containing Materials Based on the completed PLM results, asbestos was not identified in the samples collected Tablet, enclosed, contains a summary of samples and results. 4.0 CONCLUSION&RECOMMENDATION Only listed materials were tested or quantified as part of this inspection.
