Construction Address: 6435 W. 35' Ave Description: SFD Addition - Second Review Thank you very much for the detailed information in response to the Code correction list dated July 7, 1999. Due to some of the information provided there is additional information needed, 1. Provide engineered specifications on 2x12x10 prestress trusses with 1/4"x8"x8" stainless steel T's, pre-drilled for easy assembly. 2. Provide engineered information on stainless steel I beam, if being used. 3. Provide floor plan showing switches, outlets, smoke detectors and light fixture locations. Also provide exterior light and GFCI outlet at new front entry. 4. Provide detailed site plan showing locations of proposed 6000k mercury lamps to be installed in front yard. 5. Provide specifications and locations of proposed generator. 6. L.G. Construction needs to renew their license which expired January, 1999. Back to the Roof: The proper angle to the roof will meet CODE the felt paper to go under the Teflon 4 tab Hurricane approved shingles is on the drawing, also this meets CODE. Mfg. by Art Tinsel Mfg. in Dubois, Colorado at their high temp lab. Windows: Their will be 5 openings two will be in the add-on 3 is replacement in old part of structure. They will be Mfg. to fit each opening they will have UV Argon gas insert of the double light. To ward off color fading as well as keeping it cool in summer and warm in the winter. They will have the Thompson Thumb Screw interlocking wind out & in with the Ralph Morrison spring type sliding slip half double hung to allow either up &down to slide by slide or swing out and in. With a total of 13 lights and the Tetlon coating in white over the birch wood inters. This meets the U.S. Compliance at the Wideridge, Co testing lab. These meet and beat all CODE requirements. Door: Their will be a Steel Door with the Stainless Steel double hung frame pre-drilled for easy assy. It will be 1 meter by 2 meters and a half a meter. Of course this meets and beats all CODE requirements. 1/4" steel with oak inters should keep out unwanted guests. Or at least break the foot of any one trying to enter illegally. Concrete front SLAB to be used as a entry way: 6" x 5' x 5' Pre-stressed with # 3 rebar to with stand stresses of a Mac Truck. Epoxy Non-Skid coating via Mallory K Y kit, approved by the N A S A team at Goddard testing lab. Meets and beats Cities wide through out the U. S. A. CODE and seal of approval By Clinton Teflon and the Golabe at w. c. moab lab. For easy slide off of ice and snow due to the Acid Rains at the northern hemp. Page 2 Electrical: Lights you requested how many ? 8 or possible 18 there will be Ceiling lights, that are recessed, by Recessed Limited, tract, by Tracting Always, spots, by W.E. Spots, a Realist product, dimming lights, by Haliburton Dimmers. All of these are U.L. labs of course CODE approved. Some will be 6 3/4 amp low volt some will be 120 watt none will be over 440 volts though. There will be 8 or so. reciprocals 3 prong of course has to be a good ground earth as well as water pipe with GFCI of course 3 meters above ground 3 meters around wall surface so as to meet all CODES Wiring: Approved 3-wire 12 AWG for the high voltages copper WIRE of course I do not accept anything less. 2-wire 22 AWG for the low power voltages. Teflon Coating of course All Wire run through 3/4" Conduit. You know like you did for your home RIGHT ! Of course these have to come from a CODE approved electrical Hartsfeild D plus BOX. On at least of 15 amp 20 amp 30 amp 45 amp 65 amp 120 amp 220 amp breakers by Boxes for Breaks at Hudsville lab at Denton, Texas. CODE approved of course. There will be a 281/~ volt Thorton Transformer to power the 2 foot to 1'/: foot to I foot to 3/4 foot to foot lengths of door chimes that plays "The Moment of Doom" by Axell Adwater- mouth and his Lost to Doom band, Slim Bones on the Bells. Bought this at the Fruita K- Mart a heck of a deal. I get a cut on all I sell. You would'nt want one would ya. P. S. Co coming out to run a special feed from the # 3 feeder direct to my new 6000k Mercury lamps for front yard veiwing there will be 8 of these got these at the same K-Mart in Fruita at heck of a deal can not get these for you however. Bought all these. These will be powered though the Alison/McPherson Rainbow High Tension BOSS 1000 volt back-up diesel Supercharged 1000 horse High Tension Engine with Hercules Fluid Drive Clutch. Just in case The Wheat Ridge City Power goes down I will be able to give you the power for the same fee you are charging me for the Permit. $3.81 a square inch only this will be a 60second charge plus demolition fee plus all the fees you are charging me plus of course all State, local, city, court, lot, acreage, school, sales, and those taxes you forgot about. How would you like to be on T V??? I can see to it. If yau want too be. Its what I do its what I am good at. Is it true that you were appointed to the position you now hold??? I har•e na fear you will be contacting me for any more questions you will have on this small project, though it is not a government building I feel you are trying to make it one. Right!!! This is only a 6' x 14' add on. Can you give me a break and see to it this is APPROVED ? Do I, not have all the info you require? I am the Contractor extraordinar on this project. These folks would like this done soon. How can you speed this along. I know you are only following CODE this is a VERY TWO LONG YEARS getting this all approved with the orders coming in sometime in SEPT. of 1999.
