Colorado SB38 and CRS 18.13.119.5 prohibit Beyond Roofing from paying, waiving or rebating the Homeowner's insurance deductible. Beyond Roofing will effort to begin the Work within fifteen (15) business days after the receipt of Homeowner's initial payment and complete the Work within ninety (90) days of beginning.
