Re: Patio Slab Observation at 11634 W. 37'hAvenue
Dear Mr. Rome:
As requested, we have made a observation of the existing patio slab at the rear of the house at the
above address. It appears to be a monolithic slab with a thickened edge at the outside edge,
supporting the patio roof columns. In our Dninior%.it is adequate to support a frame wall inserted
between the columns to enclose a so-called "three-season" room. Such slabs are of course,
