A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections. The labor warranty is limited to roof issues caused by Incorrectly installed roofing materials, but does not include repair or reimbursement for mold or mildew or for water damage to the interior of the home.
