All roof shingles shall be nailed with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle and ice and water shield shall be installed at eaves to a minimum of two feet inside exterior wall line. S6. Landings complying with IRC 2003 Section R311.43 are required at exterior doors S7. Stairways and handrails shall comply with IRC 2003 Section R311.5 for riser height (7-3/4" max.), tread width (10" min.) and handrail profile and height (34-38") specifications. S8. Decks over 30 inches above grade shall have guardrails complying with IRC 2003 Section 312 far height (36" minimum) and openings (4" maximum). S9. One basement window complying with all provisions of IRC 2003 Sectiou 310 far emergency escape and rescue openings is required. 510. TJI rafters shall be installed in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines for web-filling hangers and uplift protection. Plumbing P1. All work shall comply with the provisions of the 2003 IRC.
