The Company shall not be liable for failure to perform due to labor controversies, strikes, fires, weather, inability to obtain materials from usual sources, or any other circumstances beyond the control to the company, whether of a similar or dissimilar nature. During the duration of the work the customer's homeowner's insurance will be responsible for any interior damages to the property. 4. The Co. is not responsible for construction problems of the home. If pointed out and notified to the Co., the Co. will try to assist in correcting them on a time and material basis. Such problems include but are not limited to rotten, swollen or deteriorated siding, fascia, soffits, stucco, masonry and/or decking, poor ventilation, irregularities in decking due to settling or bowing of framing, rusted, poorly installed or damaged gutters, furnace stacks, and items that do not meet local code end must be fixed to pass required inspections. 5. Should the work of the Company fail to meet required code inspections, the homeowner agrees to allow the Company to complete the required repairs in a reasonable time frame. 6. Any alteration or deviation from specifications involving extra cost will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra charge over and above the estimate. 7.
