SUBJECT: Building Inspection "
The City Clerk's Office has received a Request to Change Location from Time Square
Liquors. Their new location will be 3910 Wadsworth Blvd., Unit 10, Wheat Ridge,
Colorado. Part of the Report and Approval process of the Local Licensing Authority,
states that the licensed premises are ready for occupancy and have been inspected
by the Local Licensing Authority.
The Public Hearing on this matter will be on February 27, 1995. The Agenda packet
for that meeting has to be ready no later than February 21, 1995. We are hereby
requesting the Building Department to conduct an inspection of the premises and
submit their findings to the City Clerk's office.
