After conducting a plan review for this project, ] am submitting the following
remment/requirementsA horn and strobe light must be installed in the occupancy and be connected to the
alarm svstem currentlv installed in the building.
2. ]f the proposed walls interfere with the sprinkler heads, plans for the alteration of the
sprinkler system must be submitted and approved prior to alterations beinF done
3. Two five pound ABC fire extinguishers will be needed for this occupancv. Locate one bv
the rear exit, and one by the front exit.
4. Occupant must supply key for knoxbox at time of occupancy. Key must be identified for
ihe occupancy.
5. There mav be additional items not addressed at this time that will be addressed as the
need arises.
