The water soaked my ►iving room carpei. The management did nothing to dry the carpet. On August 23, 2003 I was wacuuming my carpet and noticed three maggots. Later that evening I noriced more maggots_ I inspected underneath the carpet and many more were there. The padding of the carpet was still wet and was now moldy. I contact my managers, Ray and Cheryl Chenning on the moming of August 24, 2003 and told them about the maggots. They did not respond, so I visited them in person at about 11:30am. Soon after they came to my apartment and sprayed a chemical. They claimed to have calJed an exterminator. On August 25, 2003 I contacted them by phone several rimes to inyuire about the exterminator who they called. They said that they haven't heard anything and they were not sure when someone would be out.
