The issuance of a Certificate of Occupancy requires: 1. The completion and approval of final inspections and any necessary corrections of electrical, plumbing, mechanical and framing systems. The completion of site drainage/grading requirements per the approved site grading plan and/or final drainage report and plan, if such report and plan is applicable. For all residential and nonresidential projects with an approved final drainage repoR and plan, a letter of certificauon is required from the projects civil engineer of record. Inspecuon are performed by the Public Works Department. 3. The compleUon and acceptance by the City of Wheat Ridge of all required public improvements, or a Development Covenant may be processed in lieu of consuuctinf said improvements. The Public Works Department performs these inspections or provides the Development Covenant. 4. The completion of all required landscaping and related site improvements. The initial comments were taken care of to a degree, however, there are still minor details which need correction. I feel that these details may be worked out when Greg returns and are not significant enough to hold up the Building Permit. Therefore, I will approve the issuance of a building permit with the condition that these minor details are corrected in the very near future after Greg's return and appropriate response to the Engineer. If these items are not addressed, we reserve the right to issue another stop work order until such final set of erosion control and drainage plans are approved by Greg. Final signed approval of the building permit wiil occur when the plans are complete to Greg's satisfaction.
