In addition, the owner shall be responsible for all other reasonable fees and expenses incurred prior to termination of the agreement, including permit fees, deposits paid by CORE to suppliers and subcontractors, subcontractor fees and expenses, etc. to the extent they are not already included in the line items for work that has been completed.
