and that the same are free and clear from all former and other grants, bargaine, sales, liens, taxes, assesaments and

and rights of way of record, if any and except the First Deed of Trust of
record, which grantees assume and agree to pay,

aurvivor of them, their asaigns and the heirs and assigns of such aurvivor, against all and every person or persons
Iawfully claimingor to claim the whole or any part thereof, the said party of the firet part ahall and will WARRANT AND
FOREVER DEFEND. The singular number shall include the plural, the plural the aingular, and the use of any gender
shall be applicable to all genders.
