Jeff - I stopped by the City of Wheat Ridge this morning to sort out our PUD issue. Sure enough, our 71h amendment shows it as
part of the PUD but they do not consider it a part of the original. Despite that, I came back and did the calculation on the required
parking and you should still be fine. Below are my calculations on the required parking:

1,500 sqft (25% Kitchen area) @ 1 space per 200 sqft = 8 stalls required
Total Required Stalls =(49 + 51 + 6+ 60 + g) 174 stalls required
I count 187 stalls per the 7th Amendmenf when the parking was re-done. You should be able to get your permit per their current
standards. We will now be working the get this parcel included in our PUD to prevent this confusion in the future.

from and pazallel to the edge of the table or counter. T'ha
19-inch (483 mm) distance shall be measuredperpendiculaz
to the side of the table or counter. In the case of other side
boundaries for aisle or aisle accessways, the cleaz width
shall be measured to walls, edges of seating aod uead edges,

Exception: Where tables or counters aze served by fixed
seats, the width of the aisle accessway shall be measured
from the back of the seat.
Aisle accessways serving arrangements of sea6ng at ta-
bles or counters shall have sufficient cleaz width to con-
form to the capacity requitements of Section 1005.1 but
shall not have less than the appropriate minimum cleaz
width specified in Secfion 1013.41.
1013.4.2.2 Table and seating accessway midth, ,e,isle
accessways shall provide a minimum of 12 inches (305
mm) of width plus 0.5 inch (12.7 mm) of width for each
addi6onal 1 foot (305 mm), or fraction thereof, beyond
12 feet (3658 mm) of aisle accessway length measured
from the center of the seat farthest from an aisle.
Exception: Portions of an aisle accessway having y
length not exceeding 6 feet (1829 mm) and used by a
total of not more than four persons.
1013.4.2.3 Table and seatiag aisle accessway length.
The length of havel along [he aisle accessway shall not
exceed 30 feet (9144 mm) from any seat to the point
where a person has a choice of two or more paths of
egress travel to sepazate exits.
1013.5 Egress balconies: Balconies used for egress purposes
shall conform to the same requirements as corridors for width,
headroom, dead ends and projecfions. Exterior balconies shall
