Sure enough, our 71h amendment shows it as part of the PUD but they do not consider it a part of the original. Despite that, I came back and did the calculation on the required parking and you should still be fine. Below are my calculations on the required parking: Famous Footwear 4,893 sqft Available 1,046 sqft Dardanos 2,276 sqft Available 1,637 sqft Total 9,852 sqft @ 1 space per 200 sqft = 49 stalls required y(. ~ • 3 Abrusci's 3,824 sqft Expanded Space (H&R Block) 1,274 sqft Total 5,098 sqft 3,823 sqft (75% Dining area) @ 1 space per 75 sqft = 51 stalis required 1,275 sqft (25% Kitchen area) @ 1 space per 200 sqft = 6 stalls required Chilis 6,000 sqft 4,500 sqft (75% Dining area) @ 1 space per 75 sqft = 60 stalis required 1,500 sqft (25% Kitchen area) @ 1 space per 200 sqft = 8 stalls required Total Required Stalls =(49 + 51 + 6+ 60 + g) 174 stalls required I count 187 stalls per the 7th Amendmenf when the parking was re-done.
