First of all, Uuee items are outs[azding from our meeting on December 23, 2003, when we provided you with our final payment These are as follows: 1) you promised to find someone to complete ihe acid wash on the exterior brick, 2) you proaused to replace the shower door in the master bathroom, since the one that was installed has a nick in the gold 5nish, and 3) you promised to provide us with some exterior polyuretkiane for the skylights, and Tim said he would drop it off at our house on Saturday, December 27, 2003. None of these issues Lave yet been resolved. Secondly, two problems with the addition have come about smce our last meeting. These are as follows: 1) the fan in the Sreplace in the mas[er bedroom addiUOn is not working, and 2) the grout in the floor tile of the master batluoom shower is cnunbling and cracking. T'hese are wamnty issues and need to be repaired. Finally, we Lave not received a copy of the Cerfificate of Occupancy from Tun Cross. Debbie Simpson was present when the inspedor signed off on the permit The inspector told Tim Cross tLat he (Tim) would receive the Certif'icate of Occupancy in the mail, anl that he should then provide a copy to the Simpsons.
