Dear Meredith:
Enclosed are the promised photos and my sketch "map" of how the car lights
from the apartments parking lot intrude onto 3150 Saulsbury. This is because
the tiny deciduous bushes planted at the apartment lack north-south continuity
in front of the cars lights. The tiny deciduous bushes cover only a small part
of the lights fr.;m the line of seven cars. Evergreen bushes like junipers
obviously provide protection year around, unlike deciduous bushes that sit leafless
for much of year.
Please fix this very bad situation for 3150 Saulsbury-one of the most impacted
properties from the apartment. I strongly suggest that they sould be made to
mitigate the car-lights impact by planting evergreen bushes of a tall size and
that would extend from the tree at the south and of the parking lot, north to the
angled chain-link fence that parallels the major irrigation ditch.
