Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Sheathing and mid -roofs may be called in at the same time, one hundred percent of the sheathing must be complete and 25-75 percent of the mid -roof may be complete. Asphalt shingles are required to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. Ice and water shield is required. Eave and rake metal is required. A ladder extending 3 feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof inspections. The Company disclaims and Customer releases Company, its agents, employees, and officers from any liability for damage to: electrical, cable, air conditioning, or plumbing lines that are installed within 6 inches of the roofline; evaporative coolers; HVAC units; solar systems; satellite dishes; skylights; and ventilators. 6. The Customer agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Company (with counsel reasonable acceptable to Company) from and against any and all claims other than for willful and wanton conduct, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from any action or proceeding based upon or related to any aspect of the transaction in connection with this Agreement, or any document executed or delivered in connection with such transaction.
