Site and building improvements, including a site plan, floor plans, and building elevations were shared with the City of Wheat Ridge. The Planning Division has no objections to these improvements and will not require any further submittals for review. We are aware that the project team is coordinating with the City's Engineering Division and Public Works Department to gain approval of plans for new curb, gutter, and sidewalk in the City's Quail Street right-of-way. The project team will be responsible for securing approval from those departments prior to beginning construction in Quail Street, including obtaining a right-of-way construction permit.
