lusters, metallics and high Sulfur days, which can
emit strong odors.
The vent also helps to prevent different color
glares from migrating. You can now fire greens
and reds on the same shelf with excellent results.
The EnviroVent fits Skutt 12, 10, and 6-sided
kihis, as well as many other kiln brands. :A special
2-vent system is required for the KNII(i27PK.

Skutt KM series much more convenient There's

holes and press Start.
The EnviroVent pulls fumes from the kiln before
they can enter the room. It's compact and unob-
trusive-no pulleys, no counternveights, oo
overhead installation. Flexible ducting lets you
move kilns around the room. And the air-cooled
motor will not overheat from normal firings.
The EnviroVent is UL listed when installed with a
Skutt kiln bearing the UL mark and meets
standard building codes in most jurisdictions.
The EnviroVent is easy to install. The vent slides
into the Skutt kiln stand and the kiln is simply
placed on top of the vent. Small holes are drilled
in the lid and the slab to provide a pathway for
the airflow. These holes can be drilled at the
factory when the kiln is ordered oreasik, drilled

and one set including fire alarm alteration plans to the Arvada Fire Protection District.

approved and can be installed on their unit.

Thanks For taking the time to lool< over our preliminary sketches.
There are three projects:
1. Install a new furnace to replace an aged one in the Quiet Room. This will be done by Advantage
Heating.
2. Install two new circuiis in the kitchen. This will be done by Sin Jac Electric
3. Make the Sunny Rwin into an art room. Please find the detailed site plan, pictures, and addiCional
information encloscd. We would like to do the following:

i. Extend a 30amp, 240vo1t service to the kiln area.
ii. Rough in 1 l Ovolt outlet for new furnace.
iii. Instai 14 new 110vo1t outlets in room and in hall adjacenY to the room.

RE: Drainage easement along west property line.
Dear Mr. Salano,
This letter is to follow up on two previous phone messages that I left you regarding the
drainage issues you and I discussed at your site.
Bob Goebel, Public Works Director and myself visited Mr. Fico's property to get a better
look at the drainage swale that enters your property. I noticed that there was a build up of
silt and dirt under your fence that appears to be blocking the drainaoe path.
The Public Works Department has cleared the drainage easement up stream and is
requesting your assistance in removing any dirt that is blocking the drainage that crosses
your property.

RE: Blocked drainage area along west propertv line of 3875 Pierson Court.
Dear Mr. Solano,
It has come to our attention that a drainage channel at the northwest corner of your
property has been filled in with gravel and is impacting the natural storm drainage path
across your property.
Please find attached a copy of an arial photograph showing the location of the drainage
path and the area that needs to be regarded to allow drainage to flow unrestricted to the
north.
This is a historic path of drainage and needs to be maintained so it does not impact
adjacent properties. Please have this drainage swale re-established no later than Mondav,
October 16. 2000. The City of Wheat Ridge strives for voluntary compliance and would
greatly appreciaCe your cooperation in"this matter.

DATE: July 19, 2000
I visited the site today, and found the drainage channel from Quail Court north to be blocked by rear
yard landscaping of 3840 Quail Court. I could not find a drainage plan for Oak Ridge Subdivision
to verify drainage flow.
I pulled the drainage plan for Applewood Village Subdivision and according to contours noted on
the plans Mr. Ficco's property is suppose to take the water in the area questioned so there appears
to be no problem regarding drainage from another property. I was at Mr. Salono's residence
approximately a year ago and nothing has changed on his property since that time.
It is my opinion that the water is ponding as it was designed and if it is not draining to the ponds on
site Mr. Ficco needs to clean out the drainage path.

Since the above referenced address is currently being occupied without the required Certificate of
Occupancy we must request that all final inspections be requested and inspected no later than Januarv 11,

Approximately one month ago you and I spoke about the status oFthe Certificate of Occupancy
for your residence at 3875 Pierson Court. My recollection is that you were going to call in for an
inspection so that we could confirm the completion of some items noted in the December 18,
1998 letter to you.
I also recall that, pending the inspection, we would issue a temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
This would be issued with a completion date for the remaining items and an escrow for the
landscaping.
It has come to my attention that you have not yet requested an inspection. Please contact this
office at 235-2855 to request an inspection. Call the day before you want to have the inspection.
Someone will need to be present for the inspection.
Please note that it is a violation of the Uniform Building Code and the City's regulations to
occupy a structure without having been issued a Certificate of Occupancy. While we don't wish
to pursue further code enforcement action, it is in your interest to obtain a Certificate of
Occupancy. Lending institutions typically require proof of completion in any transactions to sell
a property or refinance a loan.

A REPRESENTATIVE HAS PERFORMED A FOUNDATION FOOTING REINFORCING
STEEL AND WALL INSPECTION AT THE REFERENCE SITE. THE REINFORCING
STEEL AND THE FOOTING SUB-GRADE WERE FOUND TO BE IN SUBSTANTIAL
COMPLIANCE WITH THE PLANS. THE FOOTING INSPECTION WAS PERFORMED
ON SEPTEMBER 6, 1996.
A WALL REINFORCING STEEL INSPECTION WAS ALSO PERFORMED AT THE
SITE TO DETERMINE CORRECT REINFORCING PLACEMENT. THIS INSPECTION
WAS PERFORMED ON SEPTEMBER 16, 1996. ALL STEEL PLACEMENT
INSPECTED WAS FOUND TO BE IN SUBSTANTIAL COMPLIANCE WITH THE
PLANS. THE ACTUAL CONCRETE PLACEMENT, MIX DESIGN, AND
WORKMANSHIP WERE NOT INSPECTED.
THIS CERTIFICATION IS NOT A GUARANTEE AS TO THE OVERALL
