The finding in this report are based upon limited observable conditions. No destructive or intrusive investigation was performed however the attic was observed from the attic access and found to be constructed with common wood trusses supported on the exterior framed walls. Based upon the proposed renovations, existing conditions and applied design loads the following design shall be followed. The walls are non -load bearing and may be removed as proposed. All construction shall comply with adopted municipal code, amendments, and manufacturer specifications.
