The Contractors Limited Warranty does not cover damage to roofs caused by lightning, gale (SOmph), hurricane, tornado, hailstorm, impact of foreign object, other violent storm casualty or damage to roofs due to settlement, distortion, failure or cracking on the roof sheathing, walls or foundation of the building. The Contractor is not responsible for any damage below the roof due to leaks by excessive wind, ice or hail during the period of the warranty. The Contractors warranty covers the roof only. The Contractor will not be held responsible for structural movement, settling, cracks in a dry-wall, cracking or breaking of driveway during the roofing or loading process and minor scratching or denting of gutters. Any damage to personal items during installation will not be the responsibility of the Contractor.
