It has come to my attention that there is an address problem with the new homes recently
completed in Quail Cove Subdivision in the City of Wheat Ridge.
According to the Jefferson county assessor's office, lot 1 is addressed as 3635 Quail Street and
Lot 3 which is farther south is addressed as 3695 Quail Street. These street addresses aze
transposed which is a violation of the City's addressing standazds. In review of our building
permit records, Lot 1 should be addressed as 3695 and Lot 3 should be addressed as 3635.
Therefore, the City will initiate a formal address change to correct the problem.
