How can I, as a citizen get my punch lis[ completed?
Who are individual builders aceounlable to for incomplete work?
I called the governor's office and obtained informa[ion [a contac[ your depaztment
I am able [o furnish a copy of the incomplete work [hat includes such itemsas fnllows:
Missing closet doors - guest bedroom
Missing clothes rod - bedroom/office
Door jam incomplete - furnaee room Nails pro[ruding from Ihe brick ou[side, beside the patio door
These are just a few of the items tha[ are on the IisC I am not a person that fusses about every little detail.
In fact I have completed many of the items from my lis[ by calling the sub-contractors to finish the job, the
problem is that most of the original contractors are no longer employed by the builder.

abandoned for a period ot 120 days.
(3) If this permit expires, a new pertnd may be acquired for a fee of one-hal! Ihe artrount nortnally required, provided no changes have been or will b2 made in the
original plans an0 specificatlons anE any suspension or abantlanmenl has not exceedeG one (1) year. If changes are ma0e or if suspension or abandonment
exceeds one (1) year, lull fees shall be paid for a new permil.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done thal will change the natural Oow of waler wusing a dreinage problem.
(5) Cont2cror shall notiry the Building Inspector twenry-lour (24) hours in advance for all inspections antl shall receive wnnen approval on inspection card before
proceediin9 with successive phases of the7'ob.
(6) T~e issuance af a permit or Ihe approval of drewings and specifcations shall nol be consWed to be a permit for, nor an appraval ot, any violation of the provisions
of the builtling codes or any oNer ordinance, law, rule or regulation.
