(2) This Oermit shall eaDire if (A) Ihe work authonzeC is not Wmmenced within sixty (80) days (rom issue date or (B) the building authonzed is suspended or
abandoned for a period o( 720 Cays.
(3) Itthis permit expires, a new pertnit may be acquired for a fee of one-half the amount normally required, provideC no changes have been or will be matle in the
onginal plans and specifiwtions and any suspension or aCantlonment nas nol e:ceedetl one (1) year. If changes are made or it susDension or abanEOnment
ezceeES one (1) year, full fees shall be paitl for a new permit.
(4) No work of any manner shall he done that will change the naNret flow of water causing a tlreinage problem.
(5) Cont2ctor shall notiy ihe Building Inspector twenN-four (24) hours in advance tor all inspections and shall receive wntten approval on inspeclion drd Oefore
proceediing with successive phases o( the job.
(6) The issuance of a permit or the approval of drawings anC specifcations shall not be wnstrued to be a permit for, nor an apProval of, any violation o( Ue provisions
of the builtling wtles or any other ortlinance, law, rule or regulation.
