The ramp must have ADA compliant handrails and drainage for brick house gutter system. Other work will include concrete sidewalk and the R and R of existing concrete stairs. Construction of ramp and sidewalk will be at the Wheat Ridge Historical Park located at 4610 Robb St All sidewalk concrete is to be 4 foot wide, 4 inch thick; fiber mesh and wire mesh reinforced, broom finish with saw cut control joints. All concrete is to be colored and 4000 PSI. Raised ADA ramp shall be rebar reinforced to the City of Wheat Ridge's Building Divisions specifications. Work shall include demolition and disposal of existing concrete, excavating, grading, forming, compaction, pouring, back filling forms with soil, finishing, curing, and saw cutting control joints. Bidder must provide all equipment, materials, and labor. The contractor shall contact the Cities building division at (Chad Root) 303-235-2853 for all questions pertaining to ADA compliance, no-cost buiiding permits and building code requirements.
