Bathroom exhaust fan shall be minimum 50CFM with vent piping that terminates to outside of structure. 11. All newly installed hard-wired smoke detectors shall be interconnected, with battery back-up. 12. All work is subject to compliance with red-line notes and field inspection and approval.
