In order to pass a final inspection on commercial elastomeric or similar type roofing, a
letter of inspection and approval from the manufacturer technical representative stating
that "the application of the roof at (project address) has been applied in accordance with
the installation instruction for (roof material brand name) roof covering" is required to
be on site at the time of final inspection.
Effective December 1, 2014, asphalt shingle installations require an approved midroof
inspection, conducted when 25-75 percent of the roof covering is installed, prior to final
approval. Installation of roof sheathing (new or overlay) is required on the entire roof
when spaced or board sheathing with ANY gap exceeding one half inch exists. Sheathing and
Mid -roof inspections may be called in at the same time, 100 percent of the sheathing must
be complete and 25-75 percent of the midroof may be complete. Asphalt shingles are required
to be fastened to the roof deck with a minimum of 6 nails per shingle. A ladder extending 3
feet above the roof eave and secured in place is required to be provided for all roof
inspections. Roof ventilation is required to comply with applicable codes and/or
manufacturer installation instructions, whichever is more stringent.

2. This permit shall expire 365 days after the date of issuance regardless of activity. Requests for extension must be made in writing and
received prior to the date of expiration. An extension of no more than 180 days made be granted at the discretion of the Chief Building
Official and may be subject to a fee equal to one-half of the original permit fee.
3. If this permit expires, a new permit may be required to be obtained. Issuance of a new permit shall be subject to the standard
requirements, fees androcedures for approval of any new permit. Re -issuance or extension of expired permits is at the sole discretion of
the Chief Building Official and is not guaranteed.
4. No work of any manner shall be performed that shall results in a change of the natural flow of water without prior and specific approval.
5. The permit holder shall notify the Building and Inspection Services Division in accordance with established policy of all required
inspections and shall not proceed or conceal work without written approval of such work from the Building and Inspection Services
Division.
6. The issuance or granting of a permit shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, an violation of any provision of any
applicablePde�or any ordinance or regulation of this jurisdiction. Approval of work is subject to f any
inspection.

by the Fire Boazd of the Wheat Ridge Fire Protection Dishict and the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
PLANS SUBMITTED TO TIIE FIRE DISTRICT DO NOT HAVE THE PLANS FOR
THE REQUIRED FIRE ALARM SYSTEM OR TIIE HOOD SUPPRESSION SYSTEM.
BOTH PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL AND PERMITTING.
NOTE: ALL CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND DELIVERS FOR
CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE PARKED IN THE FIRE LANES AT ANY
TIME. A CITY TRAFFIC SUMMONS WILL BE ISSUED AND THE
VEHICLE WILL BE TOWED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
Demolition
1. Any use of trash dumpsters shall be greater than 20 feet to any
structure.
2. All exit paths shall remain clear of construction materials.
3. Upon removal of the ceiling tiles all wiring shall be attached to
structure. There shall be no wiring hanging below drop ceiling height.
4. Fire Lanes sha11 remain clear at a11 times of construction. This
includes but not limited to the alley behind this structure.
5. An emergency phone shall be on site during a11 construction. (Cell
phone will substitute for land line.)
6. Emergency contact numbers will be posted on the front door during
construction.
7. Required keys will be given to the Fire District for access to the tenant
space. Said keys will be placed in the Knox Box located at the site.
8. A Fire Extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A-40BC shall be
within 10 feet of all "HOT WORK" operations.
9. The electrical box and the gas meter servicing this tenant shall be
clearly marked with the unit number.

The following requirements aze made under the 2003 International Fire Code adopted
by the Fire Boazd of the Wheat Ridge Fire Protection Disirict and the City Council of the
City of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE FIRE DISTRICT DO NOT HAVE THE PLANS FOR
THE REQUII2ED FIlZE ALARM SYSTEM OR THE HOOD SUPPRESSION SYSTEM.
BOTA PLANS SHALL BE SUBMITTED FOR APPROVAL AND PERMITTING.
NOTE: ALL CONTRACTOR VEHICLES AND DELIVERS FOR
CONTRACTORS SHALL NOT BE PARKED IN THE FIRE LANES AT ANY
TIME. A CITY TRAFFIC SUMMONS WILL BE ISSUED AND THE
VEHICLE kVILL &E TOYYED AT THE OWNERS EXPENSE.
Demolition
1. Any use of trash dumpsters shall be greater than 20 feet to any
structure.
2. All exit paths shall remain clear of construction materials.
3. Upon removal of the ceiling tiles all wiring shall be attached to
structure. T'here shall be no wiring hanging below drop ceiling height.
4. Fire Lanes shall remain clear at all times of construction. This
includes but not limited to the alley behind this structure.
5. An emergency phone shall be on site during all conshuction. (Cell
phone will substitute for land line.)
6. Emergency contact numbers will be posted on the front door during
construction.
7. Required keys will be given to the Fire District for access to the tenant
space. Said keys will be placed in the Knox Box located at the site.
8. A Fire Extinguisher with a minimum rating of 2A-40BC shall be
within 10 feet of aIl "HOT WORK" operations.
9. The electrical box and the gas meter servicing this tenant sha11 be
clearly marked with the unit number.
lO.Addition to any of the structural membranes sha11 be approved by a
licensed engineer.
11.Any and all construction shall be submitted to the city and the Fire
District for permitting.
12.A11 electrical shall be shut down to all devices that are to be moved at
the electrical panel.
CONSTRUCTION:
1. Plans shall be submitted to the Fire District for the fire alarm permit
and approval.
2. Any and all electrical or mechanical rooms shall be marked as such.
3. Keys shall be provided to the Fire District to be placed in the required
Knox Box attached to the building.
4. All paths of egress shall remain clear at all times of conshuction.
5. Emergency lightmg shall be provided in all areas of egress.
6. The required fire suppression system shall be attached to the required
fire alarm system.
7. A K-type extinguisher shall be within 20 feet of a11 commercial
cooking operations.
8. Storage shall not be within 24 inches of the ceiling at any time.
9. No extension cords shall be utilized for permanent use.
lO.An occupancy load sha11 be clearly posted within the entrance to the
restaurant.

Cabinet insulation is CFC free foamed-in-place
polyurethane of hvo-inch minimum thickness. Six-inch
casters, 2 w/brakes, are standard. Legs are available as
optional. A 8' cord set is provided with 715-voR models.
Cutting board suppiied with cabinet is 10" wide con-
structed of high density white polyethylene plastic. It is
readily removable for cleaning. Two epoxy coated sleel
wire shelves are supplied behind each door. Shelves are
adjustable in 1/2" increments. Pans furnished are 4" deep
and made of poiycarbonate plastic. Units wiil accommo-
date six inch deep pans.
Systems are designed using CFC free R134a refriger-
ani and capiilary tube between wndenser and evapora-
tor. Recirculated, forced air from evaporator is moved
slightly over and mostly under pans, which are recessed
2" from top of cabinet. Forced air over condenser is drawn
through griiles under door(s) as weli as the badc and bot-
tom of cabinet. Automatic condensate evaporator is pro-
vided to eliminate the need of floor drains.

masonry wall. To the besi of our professional imowledge, belief and opinion,
based on this observatian we believe that the strucCUral work currentiy in place is
in substantial conformance witli the contract drawings and meets the struetural
xequirements of applicable codes aiid regulations of apencies having jurisdiction.
The 8x8 wood column was placed on top of the slab that is supported by an
existing grade beun/1'ooting (design sketch E: dated October 14, 1998). A new
footing was not required tuider the new post because rhe existing foundation is
eapable of supporting the load from the post.
