(2) This permi[ shall expire if (A) the work authorized is not commencetl within sixly (60) tlays 6om issue date or (B) the builtling authorized is suspended or
abandoned for a period of 120 days.
(3) IF ihis permit expires, a new permit may be acquiretl for a fee of one-halF fhe amount normally required, provitletl no changes have been or will be made in the
on9inal plans and specifications antl any suspension or abantlonment has not exceeded one (7) year. If changes are made or if suspension or abandonment
exceeds one (1) year, full fees shall be paid for a new pertni[.
(4) No work of any manner shall be done that will change the nalural flow of water causing a dreinage problem.
(5) Contreclor shall notify the Building Inspecfor hventy-tour (24) hours in atlvance for all inspedions and shall receive written approval on inspection card hefore
proceediing with successive phases of the job.
(6) The issuance of a permit or the approval of drawings and specifications shall no[ be construed to be a permi[ for, nor an approval of, any violalion of the provisions
