The identified suspect ACMs were each assigned a homogeneous area (HA) number and randomly sampled in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Homogenous areas are defined as an area of material that is uniform in color and texture. The HA list for this project including the description, location, categorization, and condition of each material on the HA list is attached to this report. Also attached is a digital photo of each HA. Specific sample location, material type, condition, classification, and material quantification can be found on the attached charts. Materials that were not observable, accessible, or not part of the scope of work communicated to Prokop Environmental, LLC are not included in this limited survey. If additional materials that are not included in this survey are found, samples of these materials should be tested for asbestos content. Methods: The samples collected were delivered under chain of custody to EMSL Analytical a National Voluntary Laboratory Accreditation Program (NVLAP) and CDPH&E certified laboratory.
