Cut sheet information regarding the windows will need to be provided to show that they meet the u -factor, as well as minimum egress size. Also, we typically see an engineer letter if the window is being widened, along with height change. If you can clarify this information so we know whether or not an engineer letter will also be required as a part of the review. If this is a completely new window, engineering would be required.
