(t) This permit was issued in accortlance with the provisions set forth in yopur applicafion and is subject to the laws of the State of Coloratlo and to the Zoning Regula6ons and Building Code of Wheat Ridge, Colorado or any other applicable ortlinances of the City.
(2) This permit shall expire if (A) the work auMOnzed is not commenced within sixty (60) tlays from issue date or (B) the 6uilding authorizetl is suspentled or
abandonetl for a penod of 120 days.
(3) Ifihis permit expires, a new permit may be acquiretl tor a(ee of one-half theamount normally required, provided no changes have heen orwill 6e made in the
original plans and specifica6ons and any suspension or abandonment has not exceetled one (i) year. If changes are made or it suspension or abantlonment
exceeds one (1) year, tull fees shall be paid for a new permit.
(4) No work ot any manner shall be done that will chan9e the nalural Flow of water rausin9 a dreinage problem.
(5) Contractor shall notify the Buildin9 Inspector twenty-four (24) hours in advance for all inspections and shall receive written apOroval on inspection wrtl before
pmceetliing with successive phases of the job.
(6) The issuance of a pehmit or the approval of drawings and specifcations shall not be construed lo be a permil for, nor an approval of, any violation ot the provisions
of the builtling wdes or any oNer ortlinance, law, rule or regulation.
