Based on my observations it appea that the structural portions of the construction have been completed in substantial conforman to the approved plans and specifications, I The gap between the bottom flange and the plate that ties the two beams together at the cantilever is acceptable. Z The exposed bolt shank at the column cap to the concrete beam is acceptable. 1 The wood screws that are not fully engaged are engaged enough to develop the needed capacity of the connection and are acceptable. 4Bolting of the mechanical screen wall connections in lieu of screw attachment is acceptable.
